About This Service
We inspect accessible areas for visible evidence of wood-destroying insects (termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, powder-post beetles) and wood-destroying fungi, document the moisture conditions that invite them, and explain what we found on site. If your lender requires the official NPMA-33 form, we refer you to a NYS DEC-certified WDI inspector — that form may only be completed by a certified technician.
